The Tennis Player Pathway is an indicator to players, parents, coaches, administrators and other observers of the opportunities and experiences that should be available to New Zealanders in tennis. Whilst there is an emphasis on talented juniors, what should be in place for them, and what they should be aspiring to at certain age brackets, the Tennis Player Pathway also outlines the game for life nature of tennis, and the pathway that it offers at all levels.
