Watch this brilliant minute long video to see a group of girls playing some great points on the Mini Red court with a sponge ball.
Despite being just four and five years old, by using a smaller court, lighter racquets and slower balls these girls are able to combine quality footwork, tactics and technique into their game. They are demonstrating fantastic reception and judgement skills, getting in a good position to make contact with the ball and control their hit back over the net.
And they’re loving it!
