Queenstown’s Ben McLachlan (below) has qualified for his fourth consecutive Futures tournament by winning his way into the main draw at the US$10,000 event on grass at Ilkey in England.

On break from College, McLachlan will play Andrew Harris of Australia in the first round of the singles main draw and is teamed up with American Nicolas Andrews in the doubles. Also in the main draw are fellow Kiwis Marvin Barker and Marcus Daniell who are paired together in the doubles.
In singles, Barker will play Neil Pauffley (Britain) and Daniell faces Australian, Andrew Whittington in his first round match.
Fellow Kiwi Dianne Holland's had qualified for the main draw of the US$10,000 Women's ITF. Hollands faces another qualifier Kamonwan Buayam of Thailand in the opening round. In the doubles, Hollands and Tyra Calderwood (AUS) who reached the final of the doubles last week suffered a first round loss.
Artem Sitak (below) played in the qualifying of the ATP Mercedes Cup in Stuttgart, Germany. The Kiwi lost to fifth seed Robert Farah (COL) in the opening round in straight sets. Farah went on to reach the final round of qualifying before going down to world number 95 Igor Andreev of Russia.

Kiwis Dan King-Turner, Rubin Statham and Michael Venus are spread across the world at various futures events.
Top seed in the qualifying, King-Turner faces Canadian Kevin Kylar in the final round of the US$15,000 Men’s Futures event in Saskatoon. King-Turner is playing in the Binghamton Challenger next week.
Fresh from winning the doubles over the weekend in Germany with Adam Hubble, Statham pairs up with another Australian, Chris Letcher and are second seeds in the doubles of the US$15,000 Men’s Futures event in Bourg-En-Bresse, France.
Statham is also second seed in the singles and faces Francois-Arther Vibert of France in his first round.
Michael Venus, third seed in the event , s up against Hunter Callahan of US in his first round singles at the USA US$10,000 Men’s Futures event in Pittsford, New York. Venus (below) and Ruben Gonzales of Philippines are top seeds in the doubles and face Australians Matheson Klein and Yuri Bezeruk.

At a Futures event in Turkey, Sebastian Lavie is in the main draw of singles and will face Brit, Richard Gabb first up.
